FINISHING WORKS FOR PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL HOUSE AT KIGAMBONI DSM
Project Highlights
- CLIENT: AYUBU MDENDEMI
- LOCATION: KIGAMBONI
- DURATION: 1 MONTH

AGAPAI-ENTERPRISE successfully implemented this challenging project with the goal of delivering a high-quality, modern, and durable building despite difficult site conditions. One of the main challenges we faced was the wet and unstable soil around the site, which made material delivery and movement of vehicles very difficult. Trucks could not easily access the area, so materials had to be carefully scheduled and in some cases manually transferred to ensure work continued smoothly. Through proper planning, teamwork, and technical expertise, our company was able to overcome these obstacles and complete all works to a high standard. The project included exterior decorative painting, interior painting, tiles and marble installation, window and door grills, staircase construction, gypsum ceiling decoration, and Tanga stone construction.
Exterior Decorative Painting

Exterior decorative painting was done to protect the building from moisture and improve its visual appeal.
The first step was cleaning and drying the wall surfaces to remove mud and dirt caused by the wet soil.
Tip: Always paint only on dry surfaces to avoid peeling and discoloration.
Cracks and surface defects were filled, then a weather-resistant primer was applied.
Tip: Use moisture-resistant primer for sites with damp conditions.
Finally, decorative paint coats were applied to achieve a smooth and attractive finish.
Interior Painting

Interior painting focused on creating a comfortable and clean environment.
Walls were cleaned, filled, and sanded before applying primer.
Tip: Smooth surfaces give better light reflection and professional results.
Two or more coats of high-quality paint were applied for durability and beauty.
Tip: Allow proper drying time between coats.
Tiles Construction and Marble Installation

Tiles and marble were installed to improve durability and elegance.
Surfaces were leveled and layout lines marked before fixing.
Tip: A flat surface prevents tile movement and cracking.
Adhesive was applied, tiles and marble fixed, then grouting and polishing completed the work.
Tip: Clean grout early to maintain the shine of marble.
Window and Door Grill Manufacturing and Installation

Grills were manufactured to improve security.
Accurate measurements were taken, grills fabricated, and anti-rust coating applied.
Tip: Anti-corrosion treatment is important in humid environments.
Grills were securely fixed into the building structure.
Stair’s Design and Construction

The staircase was designed for safety and beauty.
Layout and dimensions were planned, then the structure was constructed and finished.
Tip: Ensure uniform step height for safe use.
Gypsum Ceiling and Decor

Gypsum ceilings were installed to enhance interior style.
Frames were fixed, boards installed, joints finished, and painted.
Tip: Use strong framing to avoid future cracks.
Tanga Stone Construction

Tanga stone was used to give a natural and durable finish.
Stones were cut, fixed with mortar, and grouted.
Tip: Proper alignment improves stone appearance.
Conclusion
Despite the wet soil and difficult material delivery, AGAPAI-ENTERPRISE successfully completed this project with high quality and professionalism. The finished structure stands as a strong example of our ability to handle complex site conditions while delivering excellent construction and finishing results.
